For straight Comedy I would pick "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" with "Anchorman" a close second.

Nah! Its been quoted to death! Give me the opening scene with the hilarious credits in Holy Grail or the Scene were Sir Bedevere is about to explain how Sheep's Bladders may be used to prevent earthquakes!!!
