This reminds of a picture I saw in an internal Canadian Forces magazine years ago.

The pilot blew a bubble (they often chew gun to help keep mouth moist as breathing O2 makes you thirsty) while inflight refuel at high altitude. The pilot was reprimand by command after the photo was brought to their attention for violating flight rules. A pilot should only remove his mask to puke or drink if it is a long flight.
