Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and fresh sweet corn. Big glass of milk, 'cause I'm still paying for yesterday.

I made a shrimp scampi spaghetti dinner with portabello mushroom sauce. Yes guys, this Jumpmaster can cook! I could have eaten 3 bowls of it, but it would show on my gut for sure. Oh, I washed it down with a Blue Moon beer. This stuff rocks! Tom.

Re: what did you have for dinner

I'm pretty lucky in that Ms. Geek is a cooking nut. In seven years, I don't think we've had the same dish more than three times. I like to cook myself but my skills aren't great...I'm more of a survival cook, meaning that my food will keep you alive but not neccessarily interested. Comes from living alone for years with my own interests. I always considered food and sleep to be interruptions to my modelling or art.
Tonight, we had chicken and tarragon sausages with this potato bake made in layers of scalloped potatoes. Between the layers were cream, ham and garlic. For vegies, we had steamed zuccini and broccoli. I'm really happy I'm one of those guys who can eat anything without gaining weight. I was born a rake and I guess I'll die one.

Re: what did you have for dinner

Pizza! What's better on a Friday night? Actually, we pretty much always have pizza on Friday nights...kinda a tradition. We used to reserve Saturday nightds for Mexican food, but I've backed off that fare in order to control the waistline.
