In no particular order:

• Ice water
• Iced tea
• Lipton's Diet Green Tea
• Coffee

I drank my share of alcohol in high school and college, but then slowed down a lot. I've been on blood thinners for a bit over a year so not really drinking at all. Maybe one or two drinks in all that time. If and when I am off the medicine I like a cognac after dinner, or an occasional beer on a hot summer day.

I know how it is Jim. I seldom drink alcohol due to my medication with heavy painkillers for my injured neck.

I know where you're coming from, guys. Been on blood thinners for over 10 years now and don't drink a tot. Used to thrive on scotch (neat), cognac and the occassional ale in my misspent (but thoroughly enjoyed) youth. Now it's Diet Pepsi, coffee, iced tea and lotsa water.
