Must have been a global garlic night, eh??? The stuff is actualy VERY good for you, and should be a regular part of your diet. When I was at the Presidio in San Francisco in the 90's, there was this little restaurant called "The Stinking Rose", which is the nickname for garlic bulbs, and this place was amazing! EVERYTHING had garlic in it! Even the desert was garlic. I walked several blocks with a windbreaker pullover jacket on after a visit there, and when I took it off...you could smell the garlic still. If there was ever a time I was absolutely, positively certain I was in no danger of werewolves...it was after eating there!

Dinner will be late tonight, but when I finish the cooking it will be breaded, boneless and skinless chicken breasts with a baked potato and summer squash.

Tempeh stir-fry with noodles...left overs, but still delicious! Has a realy spicey sause to it.
