'Rostas' (the small muscle by the roast beef, cheaper n' in most cases better than the oxfilet) filets fried medium rare in the pan, owenfried potatoes spiced with salt, garlic, rosemary n' paprika. To go with that I had cold cremé Fraiche spiced with French herbs n' a nice Italian red wine.
In order to round up the evening I've got some nice cheeses n' more than a few different Speyside Single Malts to enjoy.

My wife likes to garden.
Translation: My wife likes to tell me where the flowers are to go and have me plant, hang and arrange them. She worked the hell out of both of us today so kept dinner simple. A few Angus beef burgers on the grill, deli potato and macaroni salads on the side and few cold Becks. Not the Ritz, but just right after a hot day under the lash.
