Last night: Hot dogs on the BBQ, with a little Potato Salad Tonight: Mexican (or Steak House, depending on what's open) Restauraunt for the Wedding Anniversary!!!

Was very nice indeed mate...thanks! Went to a Mexican Restaurant, and had Briskett Tacos, refried beans and rice....shared some Apple Crisp with my wife.

BBQ tonight....ribeye marinated in Garlic and Pepper for 2 days, Potato Salad, and an ear of corn.

I love New England corn. The stuff we get around here is nowhere near as sweet.
Tonight we had slow cooked chicken curry with soybeans and potatoes.

Yeah...and we're surrounded by corn country here in Western Massachusetts. Some of the best I've ever had! I grilled it on the BBQ.....charcoal smoked, and just enough bite to compliment the steak. A little Italian Bread would have been great...and I was in the supermarket just before getting home and grilling, and it completely did not occur to me! Drat!
The chicken curry sounds amazing. My wife got me into curry. Great taste!
