Re: what are you up to over the weekend

Started a good book over the vacation (Partners in Command), and it is competing for my time with my gaming! It rainy and gloomy here in Western Mass today, so either reading or gaming sound like great passtimes for the day!!!

Re: what are you up to over the weekend

Just got back from a nice motorcycle ride around the Door County Pennisula. Love getting out there, cruise along the Bay of Green Bay and then when I get to the tip, I ride back down the Lake Michigan side. Helps me get things in order. Now its out to the grill for some burgers.

Re: what are you up to over the weekend

Sounds like a nice way to spend the 4th of July weekend! I just tested out the new maps that came with the 1939-1945 Axis & Allies Miniatures set! Real nice! Maybe watch a movie on TV tonight.

Re: what are you up to over the weekend

Saturday morning here...Brought the cats to the vet for their yearly checkup, and after now having a hearty breakfast, I'm about to go spend a few hours in the sun on the tractor. After, maybe a dip in the spa, and I want to play with one of the new games I picked up at the game fair. Movie tonight with my love.

Sunday, either some Axis & Allies Miniatures or chill with a book. I have a model that is sitting in my workshop that needs attention desparately, as a certain build is coming to a close soon!

Re: what are you up to over the weekend

Went to see Get Smart today. Pleasantly surprised. It was hilarious. A very well done comedy and then I see at the end one of the consultants is Mel Brooks so it stands to reason the thing would be funny.

TRDG sent in his orders for his move and it's a good one. An interesting game which is hotting up nicely. Lots of work for Hagen and Whiterook here.

The damn cat caught another big rabbit today. I made him let it go as I don't want it running around in the house. The snakes are bad enough. He's too fat anyway.

we are clearing up after yesterdays storm. Highly unusual here for this much wind but it flattened trees everywhere, even the big pines came down at the high school.

Ooooh, Anne Hathaway is the 99 character, isn't she? I thought that was brilliant casting...and the Max character (his name escapes me) is awesome...it sounds like a great flick. HINT: buy a treadmill for the cat

And just where do you get a treadmill rated high enough to take the equivalent weight of a JagdTiger ? The damn thing cracks tiles by walking over them.
