Rearranging furniture in the living room ... again ... and probably again. Then trying to figure out my new digital camera. Anyone know where you put the film?

I pried mine open with a screwdriver and then stuffed the film in before gluing it back together. Can't wait to see how they come out!

Dang Krieg, we can't afford the gas (petrol) to do anything anymore. That trout fishing has got me crazy, can I come over?

Re: what are you up to over the weekend
We have a long weekend here this week because it's the Queen's (of England) birthday. One of the little 'perks' of Commonwealth membership (actually the only one). Down here, being a 'Republican' means you want Oz to cut ties with Britain and become a republic. I'm pretty staunch (believe it or not) on that issue. The debate is good natured as anything political mostly is here...I can have a beer with a Monarchist if he's a decent bloke. Anyway...no school tomorrow.
Yeasterday we did nothing much, ate food, pottered in the garden, played with our kids. Today we went to the local mall and ate sushi, bought a kettle and a pair of slippers for our son and a huge chicken for tomorrow's BBQ with another local couple and their two kids who are our two kids' best pals. There may be intoxicants involved tomorrow (I don't indulge much) so I promise to enjoy them responsibly. Peace.
