Thanks, there is another one with a "Russian" Hummel in the same railhead with Russian markings I think, but the pic was deleted when I went to where I saw it last. Some good stuff there after the Russians over-ran this area, thank god for a camera man as well!!!

Cheers, to finding some more pics, and finding out about German SU 76 "use" during the war maybe.......

This "king" has seen better days it seems, just another interesting item found at the former German railhead!!!

Cheers, I wonder how much damage was done in the bombing, compared to a German "refit" ( or stripped for parts?) that was going on just before the attack, if that was the case. That missing gun does seem to point to that maybe....

Russian T-34s knocked out on the Eastern Front
Note the penetration point on the tread of the tank in the front of the photo

The t34 with the tread shot evidently didn't do much damage. The track and road wheels all seem to be pretty much intact. Dud?
