hm that looks like before kursk. das reich had a different symbol on the rear and front plates plus the turrets had a gnome painted on them. it looks like a nice coat of winter white wash over the tank so that would put it the first winter just before the kursk battle plus also the vehicle still has the front road wheel attached. they were removed by the crews during the first winter when the road wheels would become frozen due to the mud freezing between the interleaved wheels and throwing the tracks. my guess is they are some where in th front because they are carrying fuel drums on the rear deck

nice photo cyberia russia defiantely these two are tigers from grossdeutschland. the tigers carried the letters a, b, c etc to denote the company so there for a would be 1, etc b would be 2 hm interesting the nearest tiger looks like a late version tiger with early steel tracks it has the notch cut out for the tow shackles which wasnt seen until or after january 44 and after the other tiger a31 looks like a mid production tiger nice work i love my tigers
