It's hard to find pics of these things on the web, but I did, and AMVAS is correct. It is a BA-6T. The two are VERY similar but compare the hinges on the front engine access panels.

The first is a BA-6, the second is a BA-10.

Yep, Alex showed me some link comparisons last night in the chat room. What stumps me is this book is a British print translation of a Russian book. Oh well, as Forrest says, BLANK happens.

I believe you meant BA-6 instead of unknown BA-6T.
Btw, the 2nd photo seems to be BA-10M
