![]() And the Surrender film on youtube is remarkable! many thanks for that. IMO the officer in charge of the surrender should have made the crews remove all that camo foliage, so the huge metal monsters could be filmed properly. but, we can all think more clearly with time and hindsight. I think the JAGDTIGER was an awesome beast. but if it was mechanically unreliable, then it was not worth wasting petrol on. another example of German huge mis-guided ambitions, and wasted resources late in the war they had no hope of winning then. |
