When I first saw them I went through Andrew Mollo's 6 volume set and found nothing that matches. I'm checking some of my other stuff now.

I couldn't find it either not even the arm shield. Kind of looks like the Estonian arm and dagger, but can't be sure.

Looks like an arm and dagger to me and I finally found something that looks pretty close to what's in the photo. An "unofficial" patch from the 20th Division dating from October, 1943.
