Well I give up yjem 'cos I've never seen the bugger before but you've to admit that there's a lot of similaritys with the Vickers.

It was not Japanese nor Chinese which is which I ruled no on the answer, but rather Belgian and yes the chassis was indeed Vickers, and the hull Familleureux.

It's designation was T-13, built from 1937 to 1940. It had a 47m A/T gun with one 7.65mm FN 30 MG.

I didn't even think 'bout Belgium. But I did fall back on my knowledge that quite a lot of Vickers ended up in China n' Japan in the thirties.
