Definitely looks French. The top is cunningly disguised as the number 111 London bus to trick aircraft. I think from memory it is a munitions wagon conversion or similar.

The photo is a bit fuzzy - perhaps it's a slipper.

The front hull hatches are a dead giveaway on the design I beleave, as for the top of that "jumble", no idea!! Let me double check on the hull and I can give you a good run for that part I bet!!

That's a former Renault R-35 that the Germans rebuilt to a tankhunter by putin' a 47mm gun on it. The correct name is Panzerjager 35R 731(f).
