Thanks guys. Its been a real pleasure posting them here on this site.
On the advice of a good friend, my attorney has been working on obtaining a copyright for me on these photos, as they appear to have no other owner. I intend to make copies of the photographs for myself, then donate the originals to the BundesArchiv in Germany. As Panzermacher was able to locate photos from the BundesArchiv that may have once been part of the original grouping, it seems appropriate that after surviving the war and so many decades that they be reunited.
