22nd Pnzr Regiment (21st Pnzr Div) Tank colors
Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone can steer me in the direction in obtaining color guides (via models or illustrations) to tanks of the 22nd Panzer Regiment (21st P/D) in the Vosges region of France in October of 1944. I also posted this in the European Research thread, but perhaps this is the right place to do it. Sorry to be redundant. Thanks, Billy

There wasn't so many strict rules on camo at that time. A German AFV could be in just plain dunkelgelb (dark yellow) or in two or three tone camo consisting of dunkelgelb (base colour), dunkelgrün (dark green) and or rootebraun (dark redbrown). You're pretty much free to be artistic on the patterns used. Check out the various models in the modellin' forum for great references.
