The two last Flakpanzers is Sd.Kfz. 140 Flakpanzer 38(t) Ausf L Gepard n' 141 was built of it but it wasn't a succesive design with weak armour n' undergunned with a single 20mm Flak 38.

I don't think the turret rings between a Panzer IV and V were compatible so I would guess this mutant beast operated as an SP gun with a fixed position turret.
Is that the case?
