PzKpFw IV Ausf. D DAK

Here's my try at an PzKpFw IV Ausf. D that was delivered to DAK painted in panzergrau and the crew didn't like that so they painted irregular stripes all over the panzer using captured British sandyellow paint.

The figures isn't from the kit due to the fact that the figures that comes with the kit is in uniforms that belongs in the Poland campaign '39. The driver comes from Tamiya's old #35001 set with panzer crew and the commander is from Academy's panzer crew set. Otherwise I've finished the AFV OOtB except for the figures.

Once again the figures aint good n' the old Tamiya #35096 wasn't that good to build but it's a model from the seventies so you can't expect so much from the kit.

Nice camo scheme, and your weathering is excellent as well!

Thanks!

Thankfully I'm the calm type that let it take the time 'til it's done.
