The only other ramming that I'm familiar is HMS Campletown's ramming of the docks at St Nazaire.
RN did operate destroyer flotillas more offensive n' their destroyers had a greater punch. USN was more in the line of usin' their destroyers for screening their fleet operations. USN's major destroyer type 'Fletcher' class was more of a escort destroyer than for example the Tribal or for that matter the Battle was.
