Now guys, i wouldn't say it if it wasn't true. Back in September Tamiya
announced the change and said that supplies to the us would be affected
until they were back up and running. This is also confirmed by the fact that
i myself couldn't get any of the colors i needed from local hobby stores or
even on line stores until January.

LT,
I think you are probably closer to Japan than any of the rest of us. If you can't get them I don't reckon anyone can. Guess I'm lucky I use the cheap stuff, available at any wal-mart.
When Polly-S quit making paint I almost cried, they were what I'd grown up using and they were gone virtually overnight. Hope they get your Tamiya Paint back up and running. It sucks to be out of what you're used to.

Re: Modeling News & New Kits

Thanks McCoy...that's awesome. It's funny, I was just in the model shop maybe 30 minutes ago. I went to buy some brass rod to join up Friulmodel tracks for my PzIV. Of course I always look to see what's there and I nearly bought a 1/32 Hayabusa by Hasegawa. I took it off the shelf but put it back thinking 'save this money for something else'. This may end up being that 'something else'.
Peace.
