The M16 Quad fifty looks great. I can imagine that with some goodies from Aber or Lion Roar too. Thanks McCoy.

I was talking with a veteran about watching one of those in action in Korea. After the engagement, one of the crew had to literally shovel the pile of spent brass out of the fighting compartment. I've always wanted to build an M16, but as soon as he told me that, I knew exactly how I was going to show it.

Re: Modeling News & New Kits

As sad as this is, there's a great scene in that awful movie 'Water World' with the Quad Fifty mounted on the boat. There's a guy shovelling brass and the guy firing it is black from powder residue. One can only imagine the noise. I often wonder about the incidences of industrial deafness among people who crewed weapons such as this.
Peace.

First time i've seen them do a diorama!
are you sure this is new? I am pretty positive that I made that exact same building a while back. (All building models may be like this) but the interior of the building has no walls. Just a hollow plastic shell. I had to use balsa wood to make the inside walls.

It was new by the time LT posted it! The figures is old Tamiya figures n' the buildin' is an old Italeri kit while the base is new n' the kit in itself is new.
