Hi all,

Tom pointed this new forum out and I decided to have look.
Looks promising so far!
I've been interested in WW II in general since I was 13 and over the years found myself dedicating my attention more and more to the German army and it's operarions in the early war years. The past years my main interests are the campaigns in Western Europe in 1940, The Balkans in 1941 and North Africa until the end in 1943.
Besides that I am very interested in the events that led to the war. Mostly the late 1920's and the 1930's but also everything that led to what happened in those years.
I am looking forward to some great information sharing and discussion on the subject that we are all interested in.

Warm welcomes from across the Atlantic to you Paul. You're the first of hopefully many European members. I also am interested in the period between the World Wars (from a political and a military point of view) and the early campaigns.

Studying the interwar years can really help you understand a lot of the stuff that happened.

How are you? It's good to know that you are interested in World War 2 since you were 13. And more interesting is the fact that you are interested in the German Army. I am also very much into it. I think that they wre the best army in their times. What about you?.......Adil
