Smile Hello from Germany!

Hello!

My name is Michael, I am from Germany, I found this Forum by a posting, written by Tom in the Feldgrau Forum.

I am an avid collector of photos and militaria.
My main interest is researching and collecting material related to the RAD, the Reichsarbeitsdienst.

I will post some photos from my collection later...

Greetings from Germany to all of you!

Michael

Thank You for your friendly welcome, Jim!

I am just uploading a few RAD (Reichsarbeitsdienst) photos into your gallery, I hope, you all like them.

In my own collection are more than 1.200 original RAD photos, from the early 1930s up to 1945, most of them related to my Grandfather Hans, Hans served in the Arbeitsdienst, the FAD, the NSAD, and the RAD from
1931-1945, his last rank in 1945 was Arbeitsfuehrer (Major).

I owe one and another cigar to Tom also, Tom is one of the good guys, a very nice person.

Regards

Michael

I do like them. Feel free to upload as many as you like. I have lots of room on the server.

And of course we all would like to hear more about your Grandfather and about other subjects on which you are knowledgeable. And yes, Tom is one of the very good guys.

Hi Michael,

Welcome on board!

So you are here to promote those guys with spades....

I was always interested in RAD. How RAD related to Todt Organisation?

Nice to have you here and be able to ask you some questions.

Cheers,

Lancer44

Yes Lancer, I think the RAD is a very undervalued theme, and it will be my pleasure to answer your questions and to share more photos.

I own some very rare Photos, related to the RAD, the RADwJ, the Hitlerjugend and other organisations, like the BDM etc.

The gallery, Jim has started is a nice Place for all this material.

Regards from Germany!
