That means that someone want to be your friend! That's a nice function here that enables you to see on the mainindex of the forum if someone in your friendlist is online plus I think that you can have personal photoalbums that is visible only to those who's in your friendlist if you like. You manage this in your User CP n' you can easy get to the Friendpage through the Quick Links drop down menu if you like.
