Re: Members Art

I haven't put pen or brush to paper in years and got severe writers cramp last time I tried. Now I do 3D models and animations. The stuff I do in my job would bore you to tears, but here are a couple of doodles form my spare time, poor as they are.

Re: Members Art

Nice work kentek...and you'd be surprised about what I find boring. I've dabbled with the sci-fi stuff myself. This is another 0.1 felt tip pen. I worked out that I worked at a rate of 180 dots per minute...this piece is A4. It's a scan of a photocopy...I sold the original at an exhibition.

Re: Members Art

I found 3 more painting I did. 2 I did while in the Navy, (when I first discovered I could "copy Paint") And the last I did shortly after I got home....it is a copy painting I did of one of my own pictures I took.

And... I found the Pin Pics.....gotta resize 'em and get them up here in a few.

Re: Members Art

Scorpions remains a favourite for me PM. Here's couple more of mine. Both ends of the spectrum. The coloured pencil one took me about four months and the pencil one took maybe an hour.
Peace.

Re: Members Art

I've always liked that cover of the scorpions. Georg Helnwein's style is just great. He also did the Coverart for Rammstein's "Sehnsucht" and some Manson Cover.

@geek: the coloured one looks pretty cool. wish I had the talent to draw like this.
