As a suggestion. you might want to send Whiterook a copy of Fundamental-case to show him what is going to happen if he keeps sniffing those boxes.
I don't really do digital stuff MAGNA. It's about making things with my hands. I've tried it when I was studying but it hasn't got the 'magic' for me. 'Eject' is about ten by ten centimetres (about 5' by 5' at a guess) and each dot is done individually with a 0.1mm felt tip pen...usually over a pencil line drawing which is erased later. I did one which I'll post later of a Panther tank firing at night. It's foolscap sized and took me three months working at least four to six hours a day.
Panzer, please include your stuff here because it's great and people will love it. I know there are a few others who might be persuaded to add their stuff here too. I hope they do.
As for 'The Brush King'...I'll leave it to him to reveal his 'true' identity but a good detective can work it out from posts in other threads on this site.
Thanks for the encouragement people. There will be more when I get some time...I have my modelling club meeting tonight.
Peace.
Damn....how did I miss this thread!???! Outfraginstanding mates! Wow, such amazing talent! As you probably have guessed by now, I haven't spent near enough time here in Kilroy's...until the last few days being out sick from work, that is (Ha!)...that I actually missed an Art thread! Way to go Nick!!!

Well, for inquiring minds, the "Brush King" is the generous name bestowed upon little old me by Nick...based on my brush work on my Panther tank. He has also so kindly endured my endless prattling on Fine Art.

Excellent display of talent mates...let's see more!

Ahh...the King arrives.
What about some of your stuff mate? Any chance?
'Endless prattling' is a subjective term...I'd call it 'sophisticated discussion' myself.

Re: Members Art

Ah, I prefer your terminology as well mate..."sophisticated discussion" it is!

Oh, alright.....I'll snap some pics. Believe it or not, I've not one digital image of any of my stuff...weird, haven't thought about that until now. Hasn't been a need, I guess. Most of my stuff is "buried" out in my Studio Under Construction But Shall Soon Be Completed (yes, that's my actual name for it!), so it may be a few days before I get out there. Dispite the aching tooth, I promised my honey I'd take her on a jaunt out to the wild west portion of Massachusetts today...a trip to just near the New York border in what are known as The Berkshires...a gorgeous part of the state in beautiful rolling hills, with classic New England architecture. Ever hear of the Boston Pops orchestra? Used to be head up by such notables as Arthur Fiedler, and John Williams (think "Star Wars" score), and now, Kevin Lockhart; anyway, their Summer retreat is a little place called Tanglewood. A "must go to" place when anywhere near this area in the Summer. Anyway, we're heading toward that area...nothing amazing as in a concert...hitting a shopping mall! Ach, marriage, heee heeeeee!

I have spent so much time in The Berkshires. What a place! There used to be a fantastic bed and breakfast in the NY/MA/VT triangle called The Castle, reputed to be haunted, but a great place to stay. There's a crypt in the bar with a great story behind it.

Re: Members Art

Kinda sorta. One or two bands I was with would loop through that whole area on the college circuit and a few of the bigger clubs, then later some of the state fairs. Spent a fair amount of time in Ma.
