WWII quiz thread

Maybe everyone knows that there are many quiz threads in Axishistory Forum.
I think it's a good way to enliven the atmosphere of this forum.
So please permit me to start the thread now.

The rules are very simple:
The first one to post the correct answer to my below question, posts a new question (must be on WW2) and so on.

Here is a question to get us started:

Which campaign is the only one that Italy won unaided in World War II?

Re: WWII quiz thread

I am going to opt for the conquest of Albania in 1939.

Here is a tough one for you

What item was a British 'Tommy' meant to keep in the breast pocket of his battledress tunic?

Technically, conquest of Albania is before the breakout of World War II, so maybe that's not the correct answer. But thank you for your participant. Hope anyone else can find the correct answer.

And I can't understand your question exactly, can you explain it to me, because my English is quite poor.

Invasion of Corsica in 1942.

And your English is great compared to my Wu!

Thank you. Maybe Mandarin is easier,

French didn't make active resistance to Italian in invasion of Corsica, did they? Maybe that couldn't be called a campaign.

Perhaps I haven't made myself clear. It's my fault. My answer is the Italian Invasion of British Somaliland. East African Campaign (World War II) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So let's answer Hobilar's question.

Re: WWII quiz thread

Hobilar, please give us some hints. It seems that your question is difficult.

Love the idea of a quiz....however we should lay down another GROUND RULE, no one posts a question until the original poster has said it is the right answer. Might stop some from answering what they believe to be a correct answer and carrying on the quiz......could get confusing.

I agree. We're waiting on a clue from Hobilar now since the other question has been answered.

Ah....It's not necessary to wait so much time.
So no matter whether your answer is right or not, it's your turn, Lancer.
