That's my Johnson!
I mean, that's the Johnson LMG. Supposed to be a good weapon, but not entirely suitable for jungle warfare, IIRC.

Yes, it's a M1941 Johnson Light Machine Gun n' the majority of 'em saw service in PTO with the debute at 'canal.

Hey guys, this is not really a "quiz", but more so asking for help:

I'm no small arms ID expert (actually I'm pretty bad at it)... so thanks for trying for me
Could it possibly be an Enfield rifle, though? I know many of them were issued for training purposes, and training is exactly what the picture is of...

Damn, I won!
Okay, I'm at work right now. I'm going to have to find something suitable, then figure out how to get it to show up here. It's already been 12 hours or more. If someone else wants to go for it, they can.
