To badly misuse a quote, I've been to edge, had a look around and didn't like what saw there, and I think I've turned things around, at least until the next trip, as I'm assued will happen.

It feels comforting to be back here. I had a blast researching that bit on the Panzer IV h or J.

I sometimes wish though that I could meet and discuss in person all these things we hold dear. Although I'm lucky to have one friend who's a WWII history as much as I.

Well, Bob. We are planning a Gathering for next year at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland and possibly a stop in at the Air and Space Museum in Washington, D.C.

Looks as if quite a few of us will be there. There is a thread in the Community Bulletin Board above Kilroy's Place.
