Judge snubs claim of Nazi link to £33m Lloyd Webber Picasso

THEATRE impresario Andrew Lloyd Webber's art charity last night dismissed as "utterly spurious" a last-minute legal action which had threatened the sale of a Picasso portrait worth up to £33 million.
