Nearly all of the major countries in WWII flew captured enemy aircraft.

Some used them for training and evaluation purposes, others due to a lack of their own aircraft.

Those are really cool pics AD, i just saw a program this last weekend about
Russia's fighter aircraft, it seems they really started to excel with design
when they captured downed BF 109's. They had photographs of the
Russian designers looking over the German planes, and copying alot of
what they found to come up with their own, like the Yak.
