Families 'horrified' after thieves break in to war museum and steal VCs worth £4m

Is that a shooting offense? If not, it oughta be!
How about 1 year of volunteer work in a veteran's hospital? When they aren't on duty, they have to research the battles that three of their day's patients were in and write a report on it!
