    Not sure what it is but my best guess is a Heinkel 111.

    Yes, it's an He111. But I do not know the location. It could be Scotland but it could also be Norway.

    Modellers do it with models!

    the plain wos shot down in 1940 during the battle of . narvilk .HE111-H3
    the wreak wos owned by a swede but owned by norwegian
    enthusiasts with intention to restore it
    as far as i know the wreck has been moved just lately

    Norway was my second possibility. Doesn't look like there's much 'business' left...engines, guns etc. The aluminium looks to be in pretty good condition though I'm glad I don't have to put it back together.

    They airlifted it and it is planned to restore it to flying condition, whew that is some undertaking.
