    Getting over a cold.

Well, I thought I was over my cold. Then during judo practice my sinuses suddenly cleared... and spewed yellow crap all over me and my opponent. Apparently the exercise was good for them. But ick... Beats puking on the ref I suppose. I've done that too.

So, are you telling us you 'slimed' your opponent?

For some reason I am getting a mental image of Slimer from Ghostbusters.

This is Canada. Everyone has medical coverage. So far, in my case, judo has cost the taxpayers for x-rays and CT scans for a herniated disc as well as anti-inflamitories and pain killers for a dislocated shoulder.
