    This was likely taken in "my neck of the woods" as the Norfolk Naval Station, now the world's largest, is right near the mout of the Chespeake Bay.

    Too bad there are no landmarks in the photograph, otherwise it'd be interesting to see if we can find out the spot where it was taken.
