Part question & part suggestion

I wasn't really sure where to post my this, so here it goes. Two parts. 1st, Does anyone know of a site to find 20mm A/A (as in WW2) shells? Such as ID'G the types.I have got to the point where my eye balls can do my two finger typing for me. So, if any help is available..........

2nd, Perhaps it might be a good idea to have a thread on WW2 ammo.
Looking up head stamps, calibers, m/m's,whatever else. I know this is not a 'gun' forum but like I stated, weather it be small arms or howitzers, WW2 had lots of it, all nations. I'm sure collectors and such would enjoy it. (just a suggestion)

Interesting, not sure we should get a separate forum, but I would like to see a dedicated thread or two for stats on various arms. My pref would be the all of the "popular" tank guns, as well as all the AT guns, SP and "wheeled. Arty would be interesting to I think, and maybe some of the basic small arms most nations used.

Cheers, any other thoughts out there, I know there are various sites who have some of those, but all in one place......??

Rather than create another forum that would see little use (most likely), such info should be posted in the respective forums within the Arsenal section. Should further demand materialize I would be happy to consider adding a forum for it in the future.

The Arsenal section is the way to go. Type threads with listings or threads dealing with a specific gun - eg history of the 88 with it's many different shell types.

I like this idea, and agree with Jim and Magna that Arsenal is the place. If we get a thread going I know some site I pull stuff off of.

Arsenal is in fact the place for amunition. Small caliber (up to .50 cal) should go under Personal Weapons n' shell's of larger caliber should go under Land Warfare (except naval calibers).

Feel free to start corresponding threads in respective forums n' I'll be more than happy to help out as I know a far bit of small caliber rounds.
