Signal A/W Companies?

My family is attempting to locate any information relating to the structure and disposition of Signal Corps Air Warning companies, regiments, etc., during World War II - specifically those deployed in the southwest Pacific theater.
Our father served with the 695th Signal A/W Co. on Bora Bora in 1942 and on Guadalcanal in 1943-44. We believe he was attached to the 13th USAAF but we could be mistaken. If anyone has information relating to the 695th or other Signal A/W units we would appreciate you sharing it with us. We want to develop a DVD for our children and grandchildren so that they never forget the service and sacrifice of this generation of Americans and our family's heritage. Thank you.

Have you tried US Army Center for Military History and/or the National Archives?
