The most heavy hand cannon I've fired is a .44 Magnum Revolver Long Barrel. I'd say that lady's biggest problem was the jerks who thought it would be funny to not teach her how to fire that handgun properly. Gun safety is no joke.

Still, despite the injury she kept it pointing down range...good form I thought. The guy's T-shirt was a real turn off for me though.
I once fired five rounds with a .50 calibre handgun...not an 'Eagle' but a Western style revolver. It was a gate loader (one round at a time through a gate). Too powerful for me...I'm 5'11'' but I only weigh around 9 stone. My legs are the same diameter as most men's arms. I could barely keep holding the thing through the recoil.
