Currently, "Patton and Rommel: Men of War in the Twentieth Century" by Dennis Showalter. I've only just started it, but I like it so far.

Read it "lintening" to your IPod, or read it ON your IPod? I ask 'cause I wasn't aware you could download books to an IPod.

Mine was not an actual book like others have listed here, but my last one was Panzer, A Pictorial Documentation, by Horst Scheibert. Not much of a read really, but some good pictures that I have not seen before, probably about half of them!!

Cheers

Tom

Yes it's possible. You can Podcast books to your Ipod. I don't know if it's possible on older modells but mine is a Nano 3rd ed. 8GB.

I just started Exit Rommel, about his final fights in Tunsia before he was evacuated.

I'm about half way through Ship of Ghosts, real interesting book about the U.S.S Houston and her crew.

Re: What book are you reading now...

Michael Bloch's biography of Ribbentrop. A terrific read full of witty anecdotes about the man who became Germany's Foreign Minister. The definitive biography I can definitely recommend to everyone. It explains in great detail the circumstances leading up to World War II, of which Ribbentrop was a key player. After reading this book you will be stunned by just how much Ribbentrop was to blame for starting the conflict because of the false information he fed to Hitler on Britian and France's intentions.

Kind regards.
