For Freedom

Has anyone read this book? Any comments?

"For Freedom" by Joy Chambers: Redirecting

Seems rather interesting from a fiction perspective.

Re: For Freedom

Could be an interesting read. All I gotta do now is to find out what the German Title of this book is.

Re: For Freedom

I have not read this yet, but I agree it sounds pretty interesting for a WWII fiction book. My wife said that she has read one of the author's earlier novels called "Vale Valhalla" which was set in the WWI trenches of Belgium/N. France and that she really enjoyed it. "A good mix of history and story" apparently, so 'For Freedom' may be worth a read as well.

Re: For Freedom

I haven't read any fiction in a while, so I might give this book a whirl. Will post review on my site if I do, of course.
