Re: SS Armour on the Eastern Front

Oh...I trust you. I don't know a lot about the book except what I've read in two seperate modelling magazines...kinda short 'reviews' in their 'what's new' sections at the back.
There are a couple of modellers that I know of...I know them more by their work but names escape me at the moment. They do a lot of photo 'reproducing' in their modelling and their work is amazing...especially the guy that works largely in 1/72. Coincidentally, I mentioned the 'Panzer Wrecks' series above...in one volume there is a great photo of a burned out Nashorn...he reproduced it in 1/72 and took silver at Euromilitaire a couple of years ago. Of course his diorama has no figures (neither does the photo) so he has an advantage there.
As for SS Armour...I don't even know what's on the cover yet. BTW, no sign yet...my partner had the van come out with eBay stuff for her today. I got a little excited but I'll have to wait at least another day.
Peace.

Re: SS Armour on the Eastern Front

Must be ten or eleven days now...I woke up this morning and it was the first thing I thought of after cursing my son for waking the whole house up at 7.30 which just isn't civilized. No luck again and now I have to wait at least until Monday!!! How many sleeps until Santa comes again?
Peace.

Re: SS Armour on the Eastern Front

Two weeks sounds reasonable I guess, although previous purchases from Amazon have arrived within ten days or so. Mate, sleep is never an issue for me whatever the circumstances. I'm thinking of turning pro.
Peace.
