Re: What's the most expensive USED game you've ever bought?

Very interesting. I have a friend at work that was, and still is, big into D&D...never played it myself, but I know how much folks that do play it love it.

I still play. I have been running a campaign for over 25 years, lol. {I actually started playing when i was 7 in 1976, lol!} We use a mix of 1st and 2nd edition rules, plus a few of our own thrown in for good measure. I also collect 1st and 2nd edition books and modules as well. When i die, someone is going to end up with a very expensive D&D collection.

I am the guy who could hang out with anyone in school. I played D&D, Chess and Wargames with geeks, i always did very well in school, i averaged a strong B all through grade school and high school, so i could hangout with the smart kids, and i was very good at sports so i could hang with the jocks. Once high school came around i found i had a love for partying so i could run with the drunks and the heads too, lol. The weird thing is that i have always been a "Moderator" type of person in my own family as well. I get along with everyone and if there is an argument i am always the one who seems to be the one who is there to to try to make things better.

Heeee heeeee, I can relate mate! Lot of the same here!

The friend at work I mentioned apparantly has an extensive "World" created, that he has grand designs to GM some day. He ried to get me into it a couple years ago, but I have so much gaming going on already, I didn't dare even look into it!
