I may be in the wrong part of the forum, but I do believe this has something to do with memorabilia. My grandfather, who was a B-17 gunner in the S.Pacific, was asking me if there might be a way to locate a holster he used during his time of service. He described it as a leather holster that crossed the chest in an "X" shape with a belt that ran along the waist. It could hold two handguns (1 under each arm), a place for 2 clips for each pistol in the middle of the "X", and a rivet-like feature that held the gun in place incase he was to bail. If this remotely reminds anyone of anything they have seen, please feel free to share any and all information, anything is welcome and will be much appreciated by my grandfather and I. Thank you.
