Fake cuff title. Before 'Grossdeutschland', and the issue of the 'Grossdeutschland' cuff title when it was renamed in June 1939 by Feldmarschall von Brautisch, the unit was known as the Wachtbattalion.

Check the OOB for the attack on France. Infanterie Regiment Grossdeutschland was a participant.

I was pretty sure the cufftitle was a fake. But what about the coat? I'll have a look at MCF
