Re: Modeling News & New Kits

The Tamiya Staghound is a reboxed Italeri kit with Tamiya figures that bear a close bearing with the figures that comes with the Universal carrier Mk. II ETO from Tamiya.

Don't worry as I'm pretty sure that Italeris Staghound is fresh n' was released 'bout the same time as Bronco's Staghound a couple of months back.

Re: Modeling News & New Kits

Those of you who know me also know my daughter spoils me rotten (a return on my investment for spoiling her rotten all through her childhood).

This past Christmas she bought me 17 kits and has already asked what I want for next Christmas.

This is it!

From Mission Models, a 1/35 scale kit of the 80cm rail gun Dora.
The finished model is over 53 inches long, 8 inches wide, and 13 inches tall and weighs 57 pounds. The barrel is over 26 inches long. The kit has over 2500 parts. And yes, you can buy an aluminum barrel for it.

I need to get it soon, because it will take me the rest of my natural life to build it.

It's not just a kit, it's a career.

I don't know, Jim. My wife says if I ever spill Tenax-7R on the counter again, she'll kill me.
