Kunihito's Marder III H

Kunihito built this Marder III H in 2001, as you can see through this sequence of construction pics, he did not use any "Store Bought" PE, he scratchbuilt each modification.... unbelievable to today's modeller in this time of "Buy the Upgrade pre-made". Like I said before ..... what a Guy!!!

Marder III H - Part I :

Not everyone has the gumption to Vacu-form his own parts! What a Guy!

And set a camera on a tripod (or have a helper photograph it) so he could document and share some of his technique!

Yes it sure is amazing how some builders do. It would really be great to see more pics of this stuff...

Hah! He's spot on too.
Ever get the impression that this is all this guy does? I mean, do you think he works sixty hours a week down at the fish canning concern and 'gets a couple of hours of modelling in' on a Sunday? It's amazing what these guys do. There's some awesomely talented people in the world doing what they do. Thanks again for sharing this stuff Dave. I've got 'Tank World' in my favourites menu.

Re: Kunihito's Marder III H

Very good point Geek, i'm lucky enough to get time 4 days a week to put
some time in on my modeling. This will shrink in two weeks as i get busier
with working two jobs.

Nah Geek, I got a feelin' that Kunihitosan and Shigesan do little else other than model. You would have to in order to be so good, if you look at Kunihito's site a lot of his models are done in a week or so, with that kind of detail, he's not canning any Mackerel, I guarantee you!
