A Nazi Headache?
DOCTORS pulled a Nazi bullet out of the nose of a Russian World War II veteran after he complained of headaches.
Mihail Kabalin, 83, said: "I had no idea that I had a bullet still in my head. I was shot by the Germans while trying to cross the river Desnya in 1943." Mihail said that after surgery to remove the bullet the headaches ended and he enjoyed his best night's sleep for years. Source: The Daily Record - NEWS - A NAZI HEADACHE

Depends where in his head. It could have been in one of his sinuses or someplace relatively innocuous. But imagine having one in there for 60+ years and not knowing and never asking?
