Re: what have you been watching

I just finished watching "Anzio" with Robert Mitchum. In my opinion its an okay fim and I am glad I only paid a $1 for it. Why when the troops were loading up of the landing at Anzio did they have jeeps driving by wit 106 mm recoilless rifles on them? They are Korean War weponds. I can understand the use of post WWII tanks. Also I felt the battle scenes lacked realism.

I work in a jail. You don't want me to answer that. Really!

At home, Mythtory Channel, Military Channel, Discovery Channel, History International, Learning Channel, and sometimes the National Geographic Channel. Depends on who's got the coolest show at the moment.

Re: what have you been watching

I am watching Casablanca Express, a movie made in 1989 where Churchill is going by train to Casablanca when German paratroopers capture the train. It's up to the Americans to stop them from taking Churchill back to Germany.

I just finished watching Stalag 17, one of the best films I have seen on POWs.
